I've got pictures of my G23 with the TLR-1. It's the same body as the G19, so it ought to give you a good idea of what to expect.

any problems shoting your G19 with the TLR1 attached? Sometimes on some guns Glock has recommended to add a coil to the magazine.

I didn't have a single problem, hand tightened I went 100 rounds with it tonight and it didn't loosen up a bit, nor did I see any difference at all in feeding or reliability or anything. Just a slightly different balance maybe.
