Suggestions for adjustable G35 sight?

I would like to replace the rather flimsy stock adjustable sight on my G35. Can anyone suggest a good rear sight that's adjustable for both windage and elevation?

Thanks. I see that some of Dawson's rear adjustable sights require .285" or .300" tall front sights. Do you know what the stock front sight on the Glock comes in at?

I have Meprolight Adjustable Night Sights on my G35. It works well for an accurate range gun as well as a bedstand gun.

Thanks..160-.165 If you go to a Dawson you'll need the taller front sight. Ameriglo sells nice serrated front blades by themselves in various heights.
