I am interested in purchasing an Advantage arms 22lr conversion kit for my G23 pistol.
I am interested in any feedback as to the best place to purchase it from.
Thanks in advance.
I intend to order the conversion kit for my G19 direct from Advantage Arms. Midway said they weren't going to carry them anymore and most of the places that I have seen them advertized were within just a few bucks of what Advantage Arms wanted for them.

Thanks. I will probably do the same. I think that I am going to get the LE version.

I purchased one to use with my MOD 34 and found that the trigger pull was so bad I sold it. The kit does not place the trigger at half cock, instead you must pull through the hammer all the way back every time. I would estimate the trigger pull to be 10+ pounds and very very long.
I could not even use it as a training aid because of the drastic differences in the Glock trigger and the Coneverion kits trigger pull.

Wow! I hadn't heard anything about the trigger being so awful. I was hoping to have it feel the same as normal...Has anyone else experienced similar problems with the trigger feel of an Advantage Arms 22lr conversion?
I have one for my 19. It has worked great for me with even cheap ammo. My trigger pull and reset didnt change.

The very design of the kit I had worked only by pulling the trigger and the hammer must follow. In other words the hammer would not half cock when the slide was retracted to the rear.
I wonder if they have two different models?

Trigger pull is not affected on single action pistols such as Glocks with the Advantage Arms kit. I have an Advantage Arms conversion kit for my G23 and have no differences in trigger pull from the stock slide.

I sold my kit on gunbroker because of the trigger. It was an older kit and was the target model. It was also very light and the draw seemed way differnet. However, if the trigger was the same I would have probably kept it. I also wasn't very fond of the magazine.
I looked at it really well before selling it and assumed that it was the design of the kit. Not sure what would have caused the problems I had with it, but I am postive it would not function the same a Glock. It would not half cock when the slide was retracted.
