View Full Version : Glock mag generation deferences?
Is there a thread or link to identifying the different generations of Glock Mags. Also what gen is prefered and why? I have several different kinds [looks] and Im curious which gen they are. Are some more valueable than others? I was going to sell some off and Im curious what I should sell and what I should keep. Thanks as always for the info.

That doesnt answer my question at all. I didnt ask what Glock mags I should buy? Ive got plenty of mags and Im looking to sell off a few and was curious how to Identify them and what to charge for the different gens. Thanks

again, buy-keep whatever the newest.
There is no meaningful difference in value of previous gens of mags. With mags being so cheap, there might only be a few cents difference. New std-cap mags are only $18, so you're really splitting hairs.
Thanks Joe! Ive read about FML, Drop frees, gen this and that so I was curious. I have some with round notches at the top near the feedlips and some with square. I will try to research it some more though because I would like to keep the correct mags with the correct gen guns. Example: 2nd gen G17 takes these mags...etc.
