Thanks for posting that venenoindy. I have a Kimber conversion that works great but would buy another. I spent around $300 on the Kimber conversion but this is nice in steel; I'll look into street prices. Personally, I'd possibly buy the dedicated Kimber Rimfire Super at around $1K before I popped for another conversion.

Not sure though. For around an extra hundred it is probably worth it. Tactial Solutions makes good products. If I did not have the Kimber I would likely go this way.

I really like the look of the TS conversion, the fact that it has a full rail on top makes it perfect for mounting all kinds of optics too, which would be cool. When I first saw them on their website I only saw the double stack mag and thought it was only for custom or Para pistols with the double stack mag, but after reading closer (always helpful), you can get single stack mags too!
The kit just looks awsome. I'm really thinking about getting one but it's so dang expensive that I could just get a MK III or something dedicated, and I already have a smith 41 as a dedicated target pistol, so I'm trying to find a need for the kit. The want is definitly there, but I'm hard pressed to buy it at that price and not have a real use for it since I have other pistols that fill the potential need.... I really wonder what kind of accuracy one could expect from this conversion...
If I lived in a silencer friendly state I'd buy one with the threaded muzzle for sure.
