how do you adjust the ultimate trigger housing that LWD sells. I know how to install it. But what are you suppose to adjust with the alan wrench and set screw? the over-travel?

Yes, the over travel. Set it where you think it works for you when dry firing first then test with ammo. If it works for you on the range then epoxy or red loc tite
the set screw in place. Check for tightness when detail stripping to clean/lube etc.
