I've bugged a few people here already on my current project - I'm building a G20 upper for my G21. I have a new LWD G20 slide, and a Glock Upper Parts kit. I assembled everything (including the channel liner for the firing pin assembly that I originally forgot). I have not fired the upper yet as I'm still waiting for a barrel. I seem to have a n issue - on my G17 and G21 uppers, the firing pin does not move much unless you push the firing pin safety. On this slide, the firing pin moves quite freely. You still need to compress the assembly to remove the little door. I also find the extractor sits in the slide very deep. I know the G20 slide is thick, but my G21 and G17 exractors are flush with the side of the slide. Any ideas folks? Here's a couple of pics...
