Leatham dominated the match finishing in the top three on 10 of the 13 stages winning seven of them. Leatham led the field of 275 top shooters through the entire match.

Phil Strader, who finished 12th in 2006 and 9th in 2007 moved up to take second this year finishing just over 34 match points behind Leatham. Taran Butler finished third while Dave Sevigny and Greg Martin finished the match fourth and fifth respectively.

After reading this, I think the .45acp 1911 is still the preferred standard(over the new and upcoming .40s&w ones).

Rock on BOG Single Stackers!

It's the Indian. Not sure if caliber does matter. Reason Why Robbie rarely shoots single stack .40 is he does not reload that much. He does shoot factory winchester. >40 single staks are finficky with short ammo.

Can anyone share some inside info on what guns these GM's used during the competition? Specs?
I'm sure some of our friends from the U.S. know this.
Thanks.

Late 40s probably. Not as agile but he doesn't miss much. He is the iron sight God.
