View Full Version : Anyone Have Problems With Botach Glock Mags?

I recently ordered a bunch of magazines from Botach when they were $13.90 each. Has anyone ever had any problems with Botach's magazines? I'm hoping they are factory new. I know this company has other major problems (horrible customer service etc...). I just want to make sure once I get the magazines they will be in perfect condition. I have very little trust in this company but I just couldn't pass up the good dea!

If you get them, and they are factory Glock mags you should be ok. I was tempted to order at that price also, but couldn't get passed all of the negative feedback I heard. Good luck.

You probably should shop where you have confidence in the dealer. I have received dozens of Glock mags from Botach with perfect service every time. Glock mags are Glock mags. No problems with them.

Same here a few weeks ago I ordered 6 mags for the $13.90. After I ordered I saw that many people on here were less than impressed with them, after reading the negative comments I wished I wouldn't have ordered. I however recieved great service. I ordered on a Sunday night and the mags shipped Monday morning, hard to beat that. I have shot with 2 of the mags and they worked just fine, they were new glock mags.

They are brand new, factory Glock magazines. I've bought 8x G18, 4x G19, and 4x G17 mags from them.

Either they have changed over the past year or I got lucky twice. This was over two separate orders about a month apart and both shipped the same day as the order.

I have ordered dozens of Glock mags from Botach over the years and I've never had a problem with any of them. They are factory mags so don't worry.

I ordered 30 from the sale, received 10 G19 mags, 10 G26 mags and the 10 G30 mags are backordered for 4-6 weeks.

They were factory new and seem to function fine.

I ordered some magazines for my M&P - back in December 2007 - they were still on back order in April 2008 -

They had a low sale price plus an extra 10% off coupon -

I used the live help button on their web page - they switched the order from S&W mags over to Glock - that they had in stock - they still gave me the 10% discount - so I came out great -

I got the Glock mags within 4 days - they are factory new --

I do not think I would order from them again UNLESS I confirmed they had all the items in stock.

The live help button on their web page works good - ask live help if its in stock - if yes - then order --

I too was tempted by their cheap prices, but I don't the hassles of potential poor customer service should I need it. Just not worth taking the chance to save a few extra bucks per mag...

I'm in the search process for a bunch of G19-17 mags....I should have picked them up months ago..I new prices were going to go up...

CDNN, order $99 worth of high caps, free shipping. Also their used mags are
the best deal, make sure they are also part of the free ship program. Add says "ANY HIGH CAP".

I ordered some magazines from Botach several months ago, no problem. I returned one unit out of 20 units for exchange, the company returned that unit with no problem also. I did not have a bad experience with them.

Ordered 12 mags from them at the 13.80 price and had them 4 days later.

I ordered some G-17 mags on May 6th (website showed them in stock) and hadn't received them in 1 week so I called this morning. Lady says they are on backorder til the end of May. I ordered 3 from OMB Express yesterday (they shipped yesterday) and will be here via UPS tomorrow. I called Botach back and cancelled my order. Never again. (I should have researched them better before buying, I know)

I called Botac on April 22 to verify that G17 mags were currently in stock. I was told they were. I placed an order for 10 of them @ $13.80 each, plus a Streamlite TL1. Soon as I hit the submit button the mag price jumped up to $17.00. I called them and challenged them on the price change. They said that they would honor the $13.80 price and that the mags were still in stock. Package arrived a few days later with only the Streamlite and the bill only for the Streamlite plus shipping. I called them back and asked what happened to the mags. I was told they were on b.o. but they would be sent out as soon as they came in and they would honor the 13.80 sell price, and no shipping charges. I'm still waiting. I could cancell the order and go some where else for a few dollars more, but I'm starting to think that's what they want me to do so I won't

I ordered following a post on the "smart shopper" forum over a month ago, I don't remember exactly. I've sent an email asking about the status of my order and received no response. I'll have to give them a call this week. Never again, I gave them one chance, that's all they get. Does anybody have a link to that post? The search function on this site is useless.
