I've not seen Ameriglo sights in person.
Are the white rings around the Ameriglo tritium about the same as, or more than, Trijicon's white rings?
Thanks

Same as or close to it. The "white" on Meprolights is "bigger".

Thank you, sir...that's exactly what I needed.

Trijicon's front sight blades are thinner than Meprolight's, with a wider rear sight notch, relative to the front blade.

AmeriGlo offers a variety of sight configurations, heights, and widths.

Trijicon uses painted white o-rings for their sight markers, so harsh solvents must be avoided when cleaning the sights or the markers will dissolve.

AmeriGlo uses white PVC o-rings for their sight markers.

Meprolight also uses white plastic o-rings embedded in epoxy.

Ameriglo uses Trijicon lamps and they have a variety of sizes and widths, especially for Glocks. I have used them for front sights but I prefer Warren Tactical for rears.

The bedded in epoxy turned me off of Meps. The Ameriglo rings look sharper to me, probably from the lack of epoxy layer. I have Meps on my Sig and Ameriglos on all my Glocks.

The Meps on my G21 are the OEM Glock Night Sights, and I like them well enough. Their fat orbs are the brightest appearing night sights I have. They've held up beautifully over 12,000-rounds.

But you're right. The AmeriGlo--and Trijicon--sight markers appear sharper, day and night. They are also superior target sights for sharper eyed shooters, with their narrower front blade and wider rear notch aspect.

Avoiding harsh solvents, the Trijicon sights on Judy's G19 have proved excellent for over 8,500-rounds. Their clear, sharp markers stand out day or night.

My green/yellow AmeriGlo Operators sit, waiting for their new mount--a new OD G30. But times are tight--I'm in building/remodeling--and I can't justify a new gun right now. The furnace and water heater are old... :crying:

But this upcoming election may change everything... :whistling:
