Does such a thing exist ?

Does Benelli make a semi-auto 20 gauge in a "tactical" configuration (extended magazine) ?

Sorry if this has been covered before - I didn't see it on a search.

I am fairly sure Remington does. Not sure about Benelli.

Thanks for the reply. However, when I went to the Remington website, all the current tactical shotguns listed are 12 gauge.

Were you possibly referring to a discontinued model ?

I thought they made a 20ga Remington 1100P. Maybe not.

I know Mossberg makes their 500 HD/Police model in 20ga, or did.

My buddy bought a Remmy 1100 in 20 Gauge for his young son and it's a great shotgun. It is the YOUTH model and the only thing is that you'd have to buy an extended mag tube for it and you'd be good to go. In fact I have thought about trying to get it out of him and doing the same thing.

I have also been thinking about a 20 ga., and I have looked at the Rem. 1100 youth model. My problem is where do you find a 20 ga., mag extension? I've looked at all the normal sources, Choate, Tactical, etc., and don't find anything but 12 ga. extensions. Does anyone know of a source??

p.s. Did a little extra research and found that Wilson Combat has mag extensions for Rem. 870, 1100 and 11-87 in 20 ga. www.wilsoncombat.com

There is a 7-shot 20ga Remington Express being made--I've seen one in person---almost took it home---but got another Glock instead.
