Any Rental Kahrs in Atlanta area?

I'd like to shoot a Kahr or two in the near future and compare it to my G-23.

Does anyone know of a range in the Atlanta area that rents them?

Don't know of any rentals, but if you're hard up I'd be game to take my MK9 somewhere to let you try it out.

Thanks Dulinor, I am hard up but I was hoping to try one of the full size polymer 9mm's. A CW-9 may be in my immediate future... :)

Hots Shots on Austell Road and Nick's (was Ed's) on Canton Road used to rent several different pistols. You may want to call them and ask if they have a Kahr. Hope this helps.

Back when Nick's was Ed's they did not have any Kahrs when I checked (about 2 years ago.) They do have quite a variety though, worth a shot.

You are right about the variety at Ed's. They had a lot of guns, but their prices were kinda high. I used to go there, try out a gun, then buy it somewhere else.

Most ranges do not rent Kahrs because the don't hold up well to the beating that range guns take and the return on investment just isn't there. It would be like four wheeling in a Porsche Carrera.

Interesting analogy.

I've always wanted a Kahr but I don't want to buy one without comparing it to a Glock. I'm hoping it feels similar to the DA trigger on a Bersa .380, but that might be asking too much.

I borrowed an employee's CW9 at Bullseye in Cumming for a few rounds and then bought one from them. He does't carry it all of the time but will schedule to have it with the understanding you will work with him if you like it.

After 4 months and 500 rounds I like it a lot.
