No, and ever since he kissed Jack Black in the movie "Saving Silverman" I really don't care to.

Another forum had a thread about the event. It must have been very crowded, both inside the store and as far as parking was concerned. Sounds like it would have been much easier to meet Mr. Ermey a day or two later in Louisville Ky. at the NRA convention.

I'm curious to know what their idea of "lowest prices of the year" were.

No, but I did see The Gunny Saturday at the Glock booth at the NRA convention in Louisville, Ky.

I saw him, the line was at least a 90 minute wait. Heard the line had actually snaked around the building, the usual employee parking lot was full of customer cars. I got there a few minutes after 5pm, Vance's staff had stopped allowing people to join the line, citing the Gunny's engagement would end for him at 6-it was a bit disappointing to get left out.

He was really a class act, the would get up and pose with anyone who wanted a special pic.

As for Glock pricing, the standard frames were $469.

Yes, it was busy when I went there to shop. I saw the Gunny at Ft. Benning. There, he also posed and talked to people and was a real class act. There was no waiting there and he was there for the Gunny Challenge they have at the Ft. Benning match. He acts like he knows you and seems neighborly. He signed his book, my hat and a picture.

Absolutely a class act! Saw him at the NRA meetings in Louisville a few weeks ago (picture below). He does indeed talk to you like you've known him for years.
