I was finally able to shoot my 1943 Remington Rand Monday. It was way cool, and my forty year old memory was not wrong this time. It was as nice as I remember. There's nothing wrong with the sights that I can see, and although I was not shooting for accuracy it made the ten ring miserable for fifty rounds. Next time I will try some placed shots. I got rid of a Walther P-99 to get it and I do not not regret it.
