Membership problem...

OK so I signed up for the Platinum membership. I opted for the monthly bill. The last 2 months i've been charged, but I don't have status anymore. I PMed Eric but heard nothing. Where do I go from here?

Same-same. PayPal sent me receipts for both this month & last month, so GT's getting the credits. Threaded twice & emailed once; so far, all's quiet. So... what the hey? ' )

Thread here is pretty old, still no response. May 14th was when I sent my money. Month plus 10 days. If people had bought something online and not received it, they'd be bit%hing about a storm about it now.

I sure hope I didn't waste my money.

Checked membership sign-up, and it appears the monthly debit is no longer an option-- it's to be billed quarterly. Not sure if that is where the problem lies, though. Can contact Eric by email: eric@glocktalk.com
