I was designated Scope Boy. He shot his 222 and I zeroed his scope. then he worked in his 10/22. When I got tired of adjusting his scopes I went and shot my M1969 Romanian a while. it rocked. It always does. Dad got out the Buckmark I got him for fathers Day several years ago and shot it some. Then I got out my Buckmark...and it had a case of Teh Suck :steamed: I was NOT aiming way down there!! Apparently it took offense at me takin offense and rendered itself fairly close to inoperative! :steamed: So I got my 5904 and played with it. And all was right with the world. never shoot a Browning when ya got a Smith & Wesson on yer hip! It'll just make the Browning all sad and busted
At least ya got ta shoot my friend:supergrin::wavey:
Good day, mi amigo.
Your dad lets you shoot a 9mm?

He does! Sometimes at Christmas he even buys me ammo :wow: He does believe that if'n yer gonna shoot a 9mm it needs to oughta be a Smith & Wesson. And not DAO. He'd shoot a Baby eagle though. We both like the Baby Eagle guns

Smiff10, its a 5904. I may have said before it was 06. this was only its second time out. first time was just a pure function test. 100% with quality mags. So...I knew it would shoot. But would it SHOOT? It sure nuff does  Wore out a Shoot N See at 25 yards then walked up about halfway and was popping clay pigeon chips at will

What is your buckmark doing? Mine has always ran great and our range rental works good too and it see"s heavy use. Sometimes it will start jambing up and I can always bet that the 2 allen head screws that hold the top cover on. Right above the slide are loose when it does.

Most likeley culprit. For heavy useage, the Rugers hold up better, but the Buckmarks are good guns too.

Mine has a case of the shootin WAY low/wont release the mag/bolt not closing/no primer strike blues. Its an older one, heavy slab side barrel, regular top screws instead of Allen screws
<--strongly suspects its shootin low because of the new fiber optic front sight
Make sure the lockwashers are still on those top screws.

I was thinkin of just sellin it and takin the loot to the gun show and buyin stuff fer my also slightly defective 10/22 :wavey:
Or a 422 or 2206 or 39-2 or 5903 or 396 or 4505 or BHP or or or or or or or or or or.

I could use another 422  But muh 10/22 does need a new barrel. All bets is off if'n I spot a good 3913!
10/22s are like 1911s and ar-15s, if they don't make it for that gun(as in aftermarket parts) they don't make it for anything.

My 10/22 is mostly stock :wow: Its got a Hogue stock and a bolt buffer. Thats all the aftermarket goodies in it. But the chamber is whacky and I'm tired of dealin with it so I may just buy a new barrel instead of polishing the chamber. Again.
Carbon fiber tube!!!!!!!!
Looks like a suppressor and is very light.

What I want is a factory profile match barrel. but I'll probablyhave to get the .920 one and then buy another Hogue stock. But I can sell Dad my old stock to take some of the sting outta the price
You have a really good gun relationship with your dad, I seem to remember you gettin him to foot the shipping on a magazine order recently.
