It is a 625 Mountain Gun, not a 645 and they were made in .45acp and .45 Colt calibers.
Mine is a .45 Colt and no, it isn't for sale.
The .45 acp versions are easy to spot as they have the old style thumb latch and are roll marked .45acp instead of laser etched, at least the two examples I have handled that didn't feature the goofy lock came that way.
