I have a 99 Toyota tacoma and would like to put a safe in it. It would need to hold a G23. Any suggestions?

that's the one that first came to mind:wavey::thumbsup:
I have a V-Line for under the seat use.

I like that it has a totally mechanical combination lock. No batteries or electronics to fail. The inside of a car gets way too hot and way too cold for me to be comfortable with the longevity of a cheap electronic lock.
The V-Line are more expensive than some alternatives, but they are very solid and have very high quality construction. This model fits neatly under the front seat of my truck or my wife's car too.
I bolted a $30.00 sentry lock box under the rear seat of a Chevrolet truck I had a while back and it did the trick just fine. While I'm confident that it was not the strongest safe available I am also pretty sure that it would take the average car burgler too much time to mess with, and it cost $35.00 total.

+1 I have two of these, keyed the same, one in each car. I'm thinking about getting a third for traveling. They work well in luggage, as I can wrap the cable around the bars in the inside of my luggage, but that's probably getting a little off-topic. Great for cars. :)
