I've decided my next Glock is gonna be the Glock 20, before I get this gun, I wanna get ammo for it. For woods protection, what do you 10mm guys recommend, 200gr. WFNGC beartooth ammo or 230gr. WFNGC beartooth ammo from double tap? I'm thinking 200gr., but I am certainly not a 10mm expert.

I usually think the heavier the better. That 230gr .40 cal bullet is one of a kind. I'd like to see what kind of numbers it really puts out.

I use Tap Tap's 200gr Hornady XTP-HP. 1250fps advertised out of a 4.6" barrel.
Just a personal choice.
i currently use the 200grn WFNGC for woods because i like the faster 1300fps rating.
If someone were to show me evidence that the 230gr is better then I'll probably switch.
damn a 230 grain .40 bullet... that will have some ridicules penetration capability!!!

I'd love to see test results on it. I'm sure there has to be a point where extra weight decreases penetration. Another thing to factor in is feeding profile, will this change reliability? I was hoping someone who has actually spent the time and money testing these rounds could opine.

have been thinking about picking up some of the 200g dt loads. to bad there are to many variables, but a graph on bullet weight speed and penetration would be spiffy. would take a lot of testing to make.
