Do you have to notify an LEO in Virginia and Pennsylvania that you have a concealed firearm & permit if you come in contact with them?

I dont know about PA but in VA there is no obligation to notify the officer. I have personal feelings that I would notify the officer but everyone has a different opinion.

No requirement to notify in PA.
I would never notify in a PA urban area, unless you're about to be frisked for some reason.
