Thoughts on Benelli Supernova tactical?

I came across this Shotgun from a friend for what seems like a good deal. Any thoughts or advice on this particular model? Any idea what the button is under the forearm?

The button is so that you can rack the slide without chambering a round from the tube...Don't know about the SuperNova, but I bought my Nova back in 02 and have loved it ever since..
