Opinions Needed....

I normally carry a G23 with Speer GDHP.

But, this weekend I picked up a S&W 640-1, to put in rotation at times. I will be using Glaser Blue Tips in the 640. I was wondering if the .38 would be enough or if I should go with the .357 round? From my understanding Glasers are frangible rounds, I am unsure if the .38's will have enough penetration?

Or plan B.....ditch the Glasers and go with .357 JHP?

I'd stick with a proven hollowpoint. .38+p or 125gr .357.

Dump the Glazer rounds -pure junk! Get some 135 gr SNB Gold Dots in 38 SP or 125 Gr Gold Dot 357 mags! :)
