This is perhaps the primary reason that Texas issues a Concealed Handgun License.
The video may be blurry but the message is loud and clear!

Very powerful testimony. That jerk holding is head up is Chuck Schumer, D-NY.
He is a two bit political hack and an abomination. Don't let him and his party take away our rights!

I live no more then 15 miles from the Lubby's.
George Hernard lived in the same town as me. Really nice house with a huge yard, surrounded by a rock fence. The house is two stories tall.
I even viewed the evidence tape of the crime scene. The bodies were laying about the floor. The paramedics used table napkins to sort the dead and wounded. The real creepy thing was that no one had turned the elevator music off. You can hear it on the film.
George drove a Blue Ford Ranger. He ran down the doors. And some people walked up to the truck thinking George had just wreaked. Those were the males he killed. The women took one shot in the head. One was laying by the food line. Between the bar fence thingy and the counter. The bodies were rather "neat". No blood and guts everywhere. Just a small blood pool by the head. They looked like they were sleeping. George wasn't shot by the police. He smoked himself in front of the bathrooms. You could see where he laid on the floor on the film. He was the only person who didn't have a napkin over their head. The cops who engaged him were at some convention at a hotel right up the same road.
Many native people to the area can't stand Killeen nor Fort Hood. George could have picked Temple, Waco, or Belton. He choose Killeen.
I can remember DPS shooting down the highway at 100+. After the shooting Bell county swarmed his house. People began placing crosses along the rock fence. The house has been sold(I think twice). Still looks the same to this day.

What type of firearms he was using?

What type of firearms he was using?
If I remember right one was a Glock and the other was a Ruger P-95.
But I'm not 100% sure.
George had several run in's with Belton police long before he shot up Lubby's.
He hated a female neighbor. And acted as he was...crazy as a rabid monkey.

her mother didn't escape with her, but rather crawled over to her father, cradling him until the madman walked back, pointed his gun at her head, she turned and looked at him and he shot her point blank.:crying:

P85 Ruger and a Glock 9mm.
I have a crime scene pic somewhere of the empty Ruger, slide locked back, laying in a plate of mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak. Right where Henard dropped it when it went empty.
At the time, I was working 1 day a week in Killeen and had eaten lunch at that Luby's a few times.

I saw it in high school in a criminal justice class from the guy who actually took the video.
BTW, she IS the reason this great state has CHL.

Too bad this horrible tragedy couldn't have happened to a Dummocrat up North, but they are too busy living in a big mansion with maids to cook for them while clueless how the rest of America has to deal with problems like this.
