View Full Version : NY 1 - Trigger Spring?
What does the NY 1 do in terms of adding resistance to the trigger-pull?
Also: Much difference as far as shooting experience compared to standard spring?
Thanks.
adds a little more weight to the pull, isn't as mushy and reset is quicker.
I have the NY1 in both a 19 and a 26...left in the stock connector...really like this set-up...gives them around and 8-10 bl. pull and a nice reset...really nice for ccw.

Try this guys use the NY1 but, take out the spring and put in a Glock factory 3.5lb connector. THAT'S A GREAT SET-UP!

I once tried a range buddy's G26 with a NY1 trigger spring installed. Awful! There's a reason all my Glocks have 4.5 pound connectors with standard or stronger coil trigger springs.

Exactly. It's what I preferr in all my Glocks. Better reset.
At first it feels noticeably heavier, but a few hundred rnds later I didn't even notice the difference.
I personally like 'em better this way.

Results in a slightly heavier than stock 6 - 6.5 lb. revolver type trigger pull.
