ammunitiontogo.com and gunbroker.com usually has them up for auction, but not in every flavor all the time. They are also a bit pricey (good round, but a little hyped up). You may also want to check out the Federal HST and Gold Dot rounds, both are just as good, cheaper and easier to find.

I do not expect them to be available to the general public until the Gov./Police orders are filled. I will use the current Ranger T for now.

What exactly did they change with this so called "new T"? Just out of curiousity?

From an article I read in "Special Weapons 2008": by Rich Grassi.
"A continued evolution of the Supreme Expansion Technology (SXT) bullet, the new bullet features a reverse taper jacket. It's thicker at the front and inside the hollow nose and thinner at the square heel. The base is open."
I hope I did not infringe on any copy write laws.

Thats nothing new, you don't have to get the latest run Ranger Ts to get that.

All they had to do is make changes to the jacket thickness and cuts in order to stop the expansion at its widest point.
