How do you like it?:wavey:
Had mine for 20 years, a 3" one.... love it.
Wasn't for capacity and weight, it would be my carry piece.
When I lived in a very rural area, it was my carry piece (OWB) in my property.
I can shoot very tight groups at 25 yds with it.
And... I neglected the cleaning part all its life!

I learned to shoot on a Model 65, I would still like to pick one up in the future if S&W prices stay somewhat sane. Something about that stainless finish and 3" heavy barrel just felt perfect.

I've got three of them, and will probably add another if I can find a reasonably priced 3" version.
They're good guns, just don't feed them(or any other K frame magnum) a steady diet of magnum loads---particularly with 125 grain or lighter bullets---or you'll end up cracking the forcing cone.
If you're looking at the guns CDNN has, be forewarned that they have not been particularly well cared for. One of the three I bought has slow timing, and another is on the verge of being slow. The finish on all three is scratched, marred, dinged, and scuffed. I currently have one of them torn down and have just about finished getting all the scratches out.
I have owned a 3" model 65 for years. It's a good quality revolver. The recoil is not that bad with magnum loads. I put a pair of rubber grips on mine and it's very comfortable to shoot. Makes a good home defense or carry gun if you don't mind the weight.
