Just picked up a couple of boxes of PMC in .40 S&W and I have to admit...I'm impressed!
It is uniform clean and nice looking ammo. Accurate, clean burning, reliable and report/recoil are the same shot after shot. Heck...my gun barely needed cleaning after a hundred rounds!
At $17.99/50 rounds of FMJ it's kinda pricey...but I've been putting a lot of Blazer Brass downrange and I can definitely tell the difference! Lately Blazers look like QC has gone in the toilet and my gun is filthy after 50 rounds!
Any of you guys tried it lately?
I saw they had quite a selection, .380ACP, .223 REM, .40 S&W and more. They also have premium HP ammo that I haven't tried yet.
It used to be made in the states but it says made in Korea on the box.
What say you GTers?

The last time I shot it (about 2 years ago) it was dirtier than WWB...but that was a while ago so QC may be better now. As for accuracy, WWB and PMC are about the same...

I think you should try it again
If that was your experience...they definitely changed the QC
Check out their web site for an impressive look!

And no, I don't work for them, I just never shot cleaner ammo...EVER!

Is this the same as Remington PMC? That is what I was referring to...
Not gonna try this though...I firmly believe in buying American made (insert product here) as often as I can...

That's what I thought. I'm rather fond of PMC.

I shot some yesterday out of two rentals at the range and it was cleaner than the usual ammo I use, WWB or Remington. For the first time ever going to the range I did not have gun powder all over my hands.
+1 for the PMC.
And for those that shoot .45ACP, you might want to check this out:

This ammo is made for Taurus by PMC, it shoots great, is light due to being copper, and it's cheap because no one wants to buy it thinking it's Tarus brand quality.

I've shot a bunch of PMC "Bronze" .45acp ball ammo. No complaints whatsoever. Good stuff.
i shoot it in 9mm when im on vacation and am away from my stash of AE. It shoots nicely and is very clean burning. its only about $11 to buy it in 9mm.

150 Rounds of this stuff in .40S&W and not one malfunction or problem of any kind. When I went to clean my gun at home I was amazed at how dirty it WASN"T. Looked like I shot a box of 50 of WWB. Will be using this ammo from now on as long as I can get it.
Eh, I'll stick to loading my own ammo ;)

I've had no problems with PMC ball ammo for practice. The .40 was cleaner for me than the .45. For .45 I've found S&B and Federal American Eagle to be cleaner burning. Even so the PMC is consistent and being a little dirtier wouldn't deter me from buying it given a good deal.
