Looks like you can special order the stuff, not sure, but I would think that it would cost more than it was worth.

My, that is an obscure one.
Reed or Quality Cartridge might tool up for it, but it would be very expensive.
CH-4D makes loading dies for it - $156 a set - and brass could be formed from any standard case. I think I'd use the .30-06 Basic to have to keep from opening up a bottleneck nearly straight.
