I didn't catch it in the mainstream news but his obit was in last week's Autoweek magazine. Trevor Wilkinson died on 6 June. If the name doesn't strike a note, maybe the initials TVR do. He founded the English niche sports car company using a "contraction" of his first name as the company's marque.
