These many decades ago when I could still see my 1911 man sized pistol target was at 90 to a 100 yards away. Now I can't see a man sized target at 100 yards. My reasoning was that if I could hit the target at 100 yards my grouping at five or ten yards should be great, and I found that to be true.
I could make a five gallon oil can miserable at a hundred yards with a four inch barrel Smith wheel gun. I would set the five gallon can in the rear notch and start raising the front of the pistol. When the can disappeared behind the front sight I would fire. Now I can barely see the hillside at a hundred yards.
Does anyone know if they have increased the length of the yard?
Nyet Bill,Your arms are gettin shorter.'08.

White guys?
Old age sucks. If I focus on the front sight then the target is blurry. If I focus on the target then the front sight is blurry. This leads me to conclude that I need a fully automatic weapon to reduce the relaince on precise accuracy.

Actually the front sight is supposed to be sharp and the rear sight and target fuzzy. SO you are doing it right.

This had nothing to do with age.
This only proves your eye can only focus one distance at the time. Thats why Frontsight, frontsight, frontsight
Not bad. But you let one out of the kill zone.:whistling:
The BT (Bad Target moved)
One in the ass...that's it.

...that's the general downside of life...not only connected with the old age ;)

Hey, OSSI!
I would take those bullets back to the store and get a refund. Didn't you notice that they have holes in them? Clearly a case of manufacturing defect.
