Do you ever wonder.....

....when a car drives very slowly down your street, then pauses for a little while in front of your house, and the person(s) inside lean forward to look at your home for awhile before driving on? (But you can't see who they are...)

They were taking pics for real estate comps. It made sense but it was more than a little disconcerting at first.

Someone drove past our house, the night before last. We were hanging a new shade in our bedroom window in the front of our home...when this car came down the street really slow. It slowed down even more in front of our house...almost stopping.

I couldn't see who was in the car, but the driver leaned forward and really looked HARD at our house for a good minute.....before they slowly drove on. Neither of us recognized the vehicle.

My husband said...."What are YOU looking at buddy?" You can't see in our windows, except the lights or if the TV is on.

Just makes your mind think about why or who was looking so hard? Doesn't it?

Come to think of it, now that you mention it....my gun was just inches away from where I was standing! :supergrin:

We would have been ready! My hubby's gun was just a few more feet away!

Both....fully loaded. (No children in our house now. BUT a Sheriff Deputy friend of mine said they trained their family that ALL guns were
ALWAYS loaded, so act accordingly!)

Even without MLS stuff....if you know someone's address....you can use Zillow.com and look at photo's right into their backyard!

It's too funny, but it's the truth!!!

One of my daughter's is very tiny but she doesn't know it. She scares a lot of people. But for us, she just rolls over on her back, wags her tail and waits for us to pick her up. Then, she licks us too death!

Get people driving down the shared driveway all the time. If I don't know the car I will walk out on the deck with a g-19 on my hip and the GSD on a leash.

One car was in my drive and the passenger had bionoculars sticking out the window. I walked over with the gun on hip,open carry and the GSD. The lady that was driving, when I asked her if I could help them, looked at the GSD then the gun:wow: and explained that they where looking at the Purple Martins on top of the bird house in the orchard. All the time we talked about birds, she never took her eyes off the gun or the dog.

I thought it was kind of funny:rofl:

There is nothing really that special to look at here. I do have a couple of
special "antique" family yard ornaments that someone might love to have....
but nothing else that I can think of...except my Mustang and my hubby's motorcycle.
They go in the garage, but they were temporarily in the drive way.
