Ok. Here's something I throw together.

In a skillet, brown hash browns with onion and some peppers of choice.

After browning, smooth (kinda press) into bottom of pan. Pour lightly beaten eggs over the top and tilt pan till the taters are covered. cook till almost set and sprinkle diced Spam over top. Cover with cheese and put lid on till it melts.

Cut like a pizza.

PS Use some Pam or oil in nonstick so it doesn't stick to bottom.
