signed up for silver membership a month ago

So i signed up for Silver membership a month ago. I got my receipt from pay pal saying that the finds had been received. Nothing has changed on my account. I have sent a couple PM's to Eric but I still have not received a response. What should I do?

I have no problem waiting for a response but at what point should I be getting upset about the complete lack of comunication.
