AVG -Outlook Express?

I can't send mail from Outlook and my ISP said that it is the anti-virus program that is the problem, so I uninstalled AVG and installed Avast and still could not send e-mail! I put AVG back in because I'm familer with it. Does anybody have an idea why I can't send an e-mail? I can recieve them, but not send. I went to AVG forum and reserched the problem and I can't make any sense out of the answers there. Can anybody help ? Thanks, Jeff

Did you ISP even check if your outgoing mail server settings were correct? If that is correct then it may just be outlook express, it's one crapper of a mail program.
