Took out my new G36 today, really first time to try her out, I was using cheap PMC ammo, 230fmc and shooting at my Action Target 8" round plate at about 15 yards. Out of 50 rounds or so, missed plate just 8 or 9 times. I am really impressed with the accuracy of this little pistol, wished I had taken some paper targets out to see what she would have done. As of this range report, it is an awsome gun. Now if I can just talk the wife in letting me get the G21 now...lol.

+1!
I got my G36 a couple of months back as my main CCW. When I took it to the range, I wasn't really expecting the utmost in accuracy because of its small size...It was also my 1st Glock so I didn't know what to expect.

Much to my surprise, I was shooting tighter groups than my XD45 4" at all distances. I like this thing so much more than my XD.

DANG!! I had a 36 and it shot about 12" low at 20' and jammed literally every 3 or 4 rounds with 3 different mags. Had several 'smiths look at it. No one could see anything wrong with it so it got traded for an HS2000. Sure did want to like though. Still love my 19 & 26 though! Anyone else have problems with a 36?

How much did you guys pay for your 36? How is the recoil?

I think it was around 519.00 out the door, It does have some recoil, but not all that bad for a small pistol.

My recently purchased G36 has been flawless so far! It is my main carry.

Mine was $550 and I put TruGlo TFO sights on it.
Thus far, I've not have a single failure of any kind w/many test rounds through it.

I must have got a special XD45, because i don't own a Glock(5 in all), that will match the accuracy of my XD. My G30 is a great .45, but my XD outshoots it.
