Well it is vacation time again, we will be going to Layfette and am wondering what the local feel and laws are for ccw.
I have gone to some sites and know the laws listed. I am looking for clearification on business being able to prohibit people from carrying on the property. Will a sign work, does it have to be a special sign? or do the shop owner have to tell you to leave?
also, the only thing I can find about open carry is that you can open carry in a car. is that true?
