I'm off to a gunshow tomorrow put on by my brother's club. He says it's become a good size show, so I'm hoping for good things. I'd love to walk out of there with a 1st gen G17, a G21 (pref 2nd gen) or a G22 (pref 2nd gen). Of course, for that to happen, granddad (who I'm going with) will have to be in a generous mood, but he usually takes pretty good care of me. I've got high hopes!

Well, I came up empty:crying: (granddad was not feeling generous). I found a nice 2nd gen G22 that I really wanted, but it was not to be. I found a good deal on some .40S&W ammo and bought all he had, and picked up a couple of G19 mags and that was it. Oh well...maybe next time :upeyes:

Oh well...maybe next time :upeyes: O well, you cant go wrong .40 ammo or ammo in general if you can find a deal on it jump cause the price of ammunition is on the rise, big time.

Believe me, I would have if I'd had it. If the funds would have been in my pocket, that G22 would be with the rest of the family right now. I'm happy with everything I got, but it wasn't worth driving 3-1/2 hours to get there and another 3-1/2 back.
