Conversion G22 to 9, BUT....

I am looking to suppress my G22 but here is my question for General Glocking.

I know about the Barrel, mags but do i seriously need the extractor with a Suppressor?

What do i need as in parts for the conversion due to a suppressor?
Only time im gonna shoot the 9 is when the can is with me

I have both a G22 and a G27 with 9mm conversion barrels in them and did not have to change anything but the magazines. 1,000s of rounds without a single malfunction.
