Hello guys, I am about to order the TruGlo TFO's. The wife is getting them as a part of my birthday present  I am mostly getting them for target shooting.
Are the TruGlo TFO's pretty good for target shooting? I was orginally going to get the Sure Sight, but I was afraid that it would make me less accurate at the shooting range since they were designed for speed and not accuracy.
Finally, I am seeing the cheapest TruGlo TFOs for $89.95. Does anyone have a website or has anyone ordered them for cheaper?
Thanks guys!!
Pricing for what gun? And to answer your question, no, they're not really designed for target shooting; you'd want fully adjustable (for elevation) for that, and TFO's are drift adjustable only. The rear one's not hard to adjust, btw, because there's a setscrew that holds it in tightly.
I like'em myself, and I've got a set that will fit most Sigs chambered for .40 or .45 that I'm trying to sell, $89 shipped (I need some for 9mm, and don't have any guns in the larger calibers).
The reason I like them is that the fiber optic thing works great in daylight as well as twilight when there's still lots of ultraviolet, as they're flourescent. And in low light or darkness, the tritium takes over. There's never a time when you can't see the sights clearly, and that's true for people with old geezer eyeballs like me.

Its for my Glock 23. I know that they are not designed for olympic shooting accuracy, but I figured they'd be pretty accurate when it comes to improvement over the factory sights since the fiber optics are much easier to see. To me the ghost rings begin to blur after shooting a few times and it is hard for me to get a sharp picture.

I love mine. I think they're better for quick acquisition than they are for precision though.

Green Front with Yellow Rears are THE BEST! :)
In daylight, it is like having 3 single bulb LEDs pointed at you. :)

I know that I shoot much better with the TruGlo sights. My friend has it on his sub-compact Glock 40 cal (not sure of the model). I have a Glock 23 and I shot his a thousand times better than mine due to the sights.
When I was using the TruGlos.... the dots were SUPER sharp as opposed to the blurry white dots on my factory sights. For some reason when I focus on the target... it begins to blur or fade out, but with the TruGlos - they remained laser sharp thus making my shots much more accurate!!!
I was going to get greens for the rears and fronts, but i hear from others that the yellows are awesome. Whatcha think? I am afraid that the yellow might blend in too much with the yellow-like lights as opposed to the greens standing out much more. I dunno!!!
