I have no idea what the numbers up there mean, but congrats to all you knew buck-assed Sergeants! I hope you had a good friend pin them on for you.....I had a bruise for a month after I was pinned with my stripes...

congrats to all, numbers determine when you put on rank, lower the number less waiting around for a pay raise. I mad Tech in July and looks like ill be waiting until all others....sucks
