My daughter

She is serving twenty years because her boyfriend couldn't handle a 14 month old girls crying, while she was at work, and he was baby sitting, he threw her against the wall, fractured her skull and broke her left arm. he said she fell off the couch. She was given that time because "she should have known", they said. ... He is still walking the streets, with a court date set for October. Chris Good is his name. it's in the papers. He threw her. I will post a pic of my daughter, with her daughter, just before she went in.

i had to reread your post several times because i didn't know what to say... i worked in a women's prison for several years and have heard lots of stories similiar to your's but this one has to be the worst.

i hope the baby is ok and i hope the POS that did it goes to prison and becomes someone's 'wife'.

i hope your daughter appeals this as well as seek guidance from inmate advocate attorneys. prisons usually have "LAIP" (legal assistance for indigent persons) or some form of it - have her take advantage of those and similiar programs.

I hope the system comes through for your family.

A little deeper search confirms this is the right case. Noairman has other forum accounts that have posted his daughters name.

First my priority is for the child and any permanent physical damage.

In this state you daughter, as you told it, would not be jailed. The "father" MIGHT be jailed.

No matter the whole story this is a very sad situation and you have my sympathy.

I hope the baby girl ends up with caring family.
