Jeep Wrangler owners - anyone with a plow?

I'm thinking about getting a snow plow for my '04 Wrangler. I'm looking for suggestions on brand, cost, things to watch out for, must-haves, and stuff like that. I do not currently have a winch on it.

You don't need a winch for a plow.

Western and Meyers are the most popular brands around here (N MN). I believe Fischer is popular in the NE.
