My fiance wants to get a pink gun. Probably the Glock 26. Does anyone know where about in Florida i could purchase one or order it? If so let me know. There will be a gun and knife show we are going to next weekend, I thought they might have them. thanks

Hokie... How's that Duracoat holding up? I know it does ok on metal parts, just don't know how it does on polymer.
Thanks.

put around 500 rounds through it since the paint job and no issues.

Good to know... Thanks, bro.
To the OP, this sounds like the most cost effective way to do it since it appears to be holding up and the fact you can do it yourself if you choose.

DuraCoat holds up well. We've got almost 3 years on some of the ones we've done and haven't received a single complaint or negative comment of any kind. We've done all types of guns, not just Glocks, that have been used in variety of training exercises and daily carry and they are holding up fine.

Can you guys tell me how much it cost to get your frame durocoated?
I've always said it'd be cool to have a RED frame with black slide or vice versa. I Might have to have mine done one of those days. While I'm not a fan of those colors in the pictures, it does look awesome that it's different!

I duracoated my g/f's Bersa grips pink. I have about 10 layers of paint on them with the airbrush. It looked great when first done. Now in the sharper parts of the grip you can start to see black showing through.
Did I do something wrong?

Yuck----looks like a sticky wet popsicle.
I might have to get one for the SO, just for a laugh.

Don't have a blue and silver right now but these will kind of give you an idea with a little imagination...

Hey Gatorbait11,
I had my G27 DuraCoated by Oscar Hernandez at Unversal Weapons. It is about $80 -$100 for a single color. He is located here in Orlando. A sample of his work is below:

I would also like to know where I can get some of those stickers.
We picked those up at a gun show last winter and don't have any more. We got a couple of them stuck up here in the shop. We did have some of these made up though...

Great thread! My girlfriend enjoys shooting (she used to hate it, but I finally got her to enjoy it :)), and she's always said that she'd like to get a pink Glock.

Why in the world does everyone who runs a gun shop use a web page template from 1993? I'm sure the guy does great work, but his web page looks like my cat's vomit.
Ha... some of those are cool...
Pink one looks like it should be attached to a Arcade Game at the mall... ;-]
Still, I knew I needed another glock...
Been eye balling a G30.... to go with my 1st one the G19.
The one I decided to go with after studying here...
So I can have on in ,Crimson Tide, Red for fun... can we say Team Colors...
Then get some one to aaah... uuummm.....Air brush on the logo....
Then one in Haze Gray... With My old ship's # on it...
Then one in.....
U' - O' I knew this site was gonna get me in trouble... ;-]

While you're at it you could put a picture of Barbie on the slide.
