This is the only time she has been forced to negatively react to that we are aware of. This guy is obviously not her type, but I am sure there has been at LEAST one instance of what most would call inappropriate behavior at this drive through that she thought "wasn't really that bad" or peaked her sense of adventure to a degree.

You know how one or two guys working on a construction site can overtly flirt with the cute girl working in the trailer, but if another guy says the slightest thing more than good morning he gets a serious talking to by the supt.? It's pretty much the same thing here as I see it. The girl found THIS GUY'S actions off base, but something done towards her, by a certain individual, which you or I might find equally disturbing, could be associated with acceptable if not welcome behavior with her.
