I'm getting a GLOCK 23 Gen 3 from a guy and I was original told it would be a LEO trade in but that it was fired very little.
The guns in transit from one dealer to another dealer now, then being shipped to my local FFL.
I asked for some pictures and the FFL I'm getting it from said he spoke to the FFL who is sending it to him and that the gun was described as looking new in the box and that it was actually a demo gun, not one used by law enforcement.
What does that normally mean? Demo as in show and not fired? Fired but very little, 1,000,000 rounds, lol. I've not heard of it termed like that.
I know in my business a demo is the model we show people, let people test, and is never sold but as a gun store generally when you look at a gun, 6,000 other people have handled it and if you say I'll take one, that's the one you get. They don't exactly keep demo's on hand.
