I may be spending next Saturday (August 30) in Northern Virginia, with time to do some shooting. Anyone know of any IDPA/IPSC-type matches going on in the area?

Not sure if Culpeper is close enough, but a buddy just sent me this... it's not a sanctioned match, the club is trying to get folks interested in more pistol events.

Thanks, but it looks like the trip is off. Maybe later in the Fall.

3rd weekend of the month is a nice match out in Strasburg about an hour west on I81.

First Sunday of the month Fredricksburg holds theirs.

NRA Range has them 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Those are USPSA matches, I'm not sure about IDPA.
