I've never had lag issues. Wht I do have issue with, however, is this new achievement system to unlock guns. Frankly, some of the guns are WAY overpowered and are only obtainable to people who do nothing but sit around and play this game ALLLLLL day. Alot of the achievements are really earned through sheer dumbluck. Really sours the whole experience up for me.

I've never had lag issues, even on my crummy backwoods DSL. Sure it's not system lag? TF2 is pretty resource-intensive.
Not a bit of lag here running on 3 meg DSL with 2 other people in the house playing on the wireless.
I had to watch Meet the Engineer again. I never get tired of it.

I've recently gotten back into TF2, after coming to the realization that people that play it are much more mature and friendly than those that play Counter-Strike:Source.
I actually like the achievement system, and I don't get alot of play time.
That cartoon OWNED me, Model19!
you guys playing it on pc or xbox360?
maybe the lag issues are only with the 360 version

There was horrible lag issues on the console version(s) when it was released. The PC is an entire different system for online gaming. There will only be lag if you are picking servers with a high ping/latency.
I am not sure if the console version is still plagued by lag. When a game is being released on both a console and a PC I always pick the PC version because I am a PC gamer at heart.
TF2 is not really all that demanding of a game. With almost all Source engine games the graphics are incredibly scalable in the options, which leaves the ability for a wide range of PCs to enjoy the game.
P.S. - That lego sentry gun is just simply amazing.
