Question about archiving Outlook data

I would like to archive old MS Outlook calendar entries.

If I do this but later want to view, say, appointments from January 2008, how do I go about viewing these archived calendar entries?

Is it easy?

Yes, when you archive all you are doing is exporting to a .pst file. When you want to view them again you go to file > open > .pst file and browse to wherever you exported it to and then you will have a seperate calendar for that .pst file.
