does anyone have any experience w/ glock customer/warranty service... i've been trying to call them today 770-432-1202 and the phone does not ring and goes straight to an answering machine/voicemail...
i've had 2 more FTF and need them to replace my mag... that now makes 4 FTF w/ the same mag within 300 rounds!!!
They may have closed early today, giving their employees a much deserved longer holiday weekend. Try again Tuesday morning after 8:30am.
What are you using for ammo?

Their customer service is excellent! I too had a FTF problems with my g27. I called customer service, they told me to send my magazines in and within a week they sent me new mags. They ROCK!!! SCC is correct on the phone number.

I just bought a NIB 27 about 2.5 weeks ago....put 450 rounds through it and had five light-off center stikes. I called the main number, talked to a tech and he said to send it in. By the way it was with 3 different brands of ammo.
I am wondering how long they will have it.
Or how their return/repair process works. I have three other Glocks and have NEVER had a single issue. In fact the tech I talked to also ran the serial number of my 17 and I found out it was made in Dec of '89.
The tech I talked to was very professional.

777 was just a typo!!! fixed it for ya tho... thanks...

glock has some great customer service i must say... they said send in your mag and we'll send you a new one... i sent in my mag first class mail (no priority or overnight) at my local post office on friday of last week... Thursday went i got home i had a brand new shiny mag waiting for me!!! what turnaround time... i didn't expect to even see it this week!!!
