if im not mistaken this is a new venture by Kimber and Crimson Trace, based on the Ultra II frame... does anyone have one of these yet ? likes dislikes ? the wife ordered herself one... gotta love a woman that shoots just waiting for it to get here. 899 plus tax out the door

I've had the (CT laser equipped) Ultra Covert II for a few months.
I've also have a CT on a Ultra Tactical II for years.
I'd have CT grips on all five of my Kimbers if I wasn't so cheap.:)

I'm teaching four ladies how to shoot. A few days back I handed one of the (rather small) ladies the Covert and said, See how you like it.
She shot it with and without the laser.
When she handed it back she said, "Oh yeah, I've got to get one of these".

The gun and laser makes a good night/day combination.

If the DVD "Shots in the Dark" doesn't come with the gun call Crimson Trace and tell them you would like to have the (free) catalog and the (free) DVD, Shots in the Dark.
The DVD is must see for anyone using or thinking about getting a gun mounted laser.

Kimber is calling it the "Crimson Carry". I have the Ultra II with CT's, but mine came with nightsights as well (don't think the crimson carry does). Great gun though, I like it so far.
